John began practicing as a Physiotherapist shortly after graduating in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in The Philippines. He went on to further his education in 2017 by acquiring a license to practice in New York while earning his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2019. In 2022, he finally achieved his goal to practice as a Physiotherapist in Ontario.
He is very passionate about providing service and care to his patients catering to their individual needs and goals. John also constantly elevates his knowledge by keeping up with the most evidence-informed practice to provide the best care for his patients. He firmly believes that the key to a successful rehabilitation process lies in setting-up patients and clients to be the best version of themselves, making use of their utmost physical potential in the most efficient way possible.

Xavier was born and raised in London Ontario and began his educational journey at St.
Francis Xavier University in Antigonish Nova Scotia where he received a Bachelor of
Science in Human Kinetics with First Class Honours in 2021. This is where Xavier found
his passion for rehabilitation sciences as he was the student athletic trainer for the
baseball, basketball, and hockey teams. Xavier continued his education at Queens
University in Kingston Ontario, where he completed his Master of Science in Physical
Therapy in 2024. Xavier completed many courses in musculoskeletal injuries, manual
therapy, neurological, and complex conditions, as well as various clinical placements
expanding his repertoire in physical therapy. Xavier is passionate about rehabilitation
and physical therapy and applies a holistic and exercise-based approach to his
